Production Timeline

We make our products by hand in small batches, keep less than 250 bottles on hand at a time, and have a processing time of 3-5 business days: here's why.

On Monday mornings, we evaluate the weekend's orders, pack the few bottles we have left on the shelf, create a spreadsheet for what needs to be made for the first half of the week, print the labels, and label the bottles. Tuesdays, we make the products. Wednesdays, we ship Tuesday’s batches, and repeat Monday’s routine. Thursdays, we make more products. Fridays, we pack Thursday’s batches.

We order fresh ingredients every Friday for the following week’s batches. That means that the ingredients in your products arrive in our lab about a week before you get them. Bottles that sit on pet store shelves for months destabilize over time, lose efficacy, and when they’re improperly preserved, grow microorganisms. Our hand-made, small batch process allows us to deliver products at their peak freshness and efficacy. 

I'm sure you're doing the math on our weekly schedule- that should only really be 1-2 business days to process. And often, it is! But there are times where we get an unexpected influx of orders (thank you), and we provide the 3-5 day buffer so you can plan your purchase accordingly.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, as we make each product to order. Shipping speed is dependent on the service selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Yes! Our recyclable PET plastic bottles are BPA free and rated for food and beverage contact.

Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?

We do! Our shipping boxes and plastic-free paper "bubble wrap" are reusable and recyclable.

Where do your ingredients and materials come from?

We source our ingredients from U.S. based small businesses. It is especially important to us that the suppliers we partner with practice sustainable acquisition, as well as perform routine purity testing.

Do you have any current discounts?

Can I buy your products at a retail location?

We currently sell online only, however our products are available in limited quantities at pop-up locations on the East Coast. We send out notifications of these pop-ups via email.
