The Hoof & Paw Co.'s Manuka Honey Salve for dogs, horses & humans is hand-made in small batches. Our hot oil infusion of Witch Hazel, Arnica, Marshmallow and Calendula is blended with 1180+ MGO Manuka Honey, offering unmatched antimicrobial and healing activity.
Pure beeswax holds the infused herbs and honey, helping to restore the skin's natural barrier during the healing process. This salve is nature's answer to wounds, burns, hot spots, rashes, minor skin infections & more!

Directions
Directions for dogs, horses and humans: Apply Manuka Salve two times daily for 1-2 weeks or until desired results are achieved.
*A tip for dog application*: If the site is easily accessible, consider utilizing a soft cone or barrier (such as a sock or wrap) during regiment to prevent excessive licking.

FREE U.S. Standard Shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping speed is dependent on the service selected at checkout.
Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.

We have an 8-month-old German Shepherd who seems to have pretty severe case of itching. She doesn't have fleas she doesn't seem to be allergic to her food since she's pretty young for food allergies and has been eating the same food since she was transitioned from mom to food. Itching is isolated to her face and head. She is strongly resistant to any sort of application of any medication. That said we did get it on one side a couple of times and did not see any changes in the intensity looks very of her scratching. The vet was unable to find an obvious cause, and began discussing Apoquel, Cytopoint, steroids and the like. It seems to have improved over the last couple of days with no changes to diet, environment, of which we are aware.

We're so sorry to hear about your GSD's chronic itching. Please note that in a case of severe itching, you're unlikely to see meaningful results without consistent application. We reccomend applying twice daily for 1-2 weeks (which we know can be difficult when they're resistant to application)! Thank you for your feedback, and we hope that continued application of our salve/ working with your vet will bring your girl relief.
An amazing product to use for my dog paws , my lips etc, natural and universal
my dog cut her leg in a tough area (initial picture), my pup did get stitches immediately but due to the location the stitches popped within 48 hours. The wound remained open, we applied the Salve twice day and wrapped her paw, now 2 weeks later it is now completely healed.
I can’t say enough about this product! I’ve used it on my horses, myself, and my husband who recently had a biopsy wound that healed wonderfully with this product. I love and trust it.
