Shipping policy
FREE U.S. Standard Shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping speed is dependent on the service selected at checkout.
Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.

I haven’t used all of the products in the pack yet, but the fly spray works really well on my horse without irritating his skin
The best set! I run out of the fly spray much quicker than everything else, so I order extras with this. The antifungal spray gets used the most and it works incredibly well.
Good purchase. I like it all
I’m very big into using natural stuff for myself when possible and the same goes for my animals. I’ve tried several brands but haven’t been thrilled with anything yet, until this! Absolutely love everything so far. Haven’t tried the Thrush but my gal is prone to it so I’m sure I will soon.

Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes! Our recyclable PET plastic bottles are BPA free and rated for food and beverage contact.
Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?
We do! Our shipping boxes and plastic-free paper "bubble wrap" are reusable and recyclable.
Where do your ingredients and materials come from?
We source our ingredients from U.S. based small businesses. It is especially important to us that the suppliers we partner with practice sustainable acquisition, as well as perform routine purity testing.

We currently sell online only, however our products are available in limited quantities at pop-up locations on the East Coast. We send out notifications of these pop-ups via email.
