Shipping policy
FREE U.S. Standard Shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping speed is dependent on the service selected at checkout.
Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.

Great product!
Excellent product
I had my farrier apply the oil when he trimmed my horse’s hooves, just to see how he liked it. We both agreed that it smelled great, and seemed to soak in nicely, leaving my horse’s hooves looking much better after the dry weather we’ve had led to some cracks and chips. I’ll definitely continue using this product and would recommend it!
Smells so good and very affective. Finally a horse spray that I don’t have to worry if the chemicals are worse than the actual flies. Don’t have to worry about the safety for my horses or for myself and daughter.
One of the biggest things that drew me to it was the natural ingredients. I’m very particular about what I use on my horses, so I really appreciate having a hoof product that I feel good about using regularly.
It also smells SO good — fresh and natural without that strong chemical smell some hoof products have. And most importantly, I’ve been really happy with how Money’s hooves have been looking and feeling since I started using it.

How long will it take to get my order?
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, as we make each product to order. Shipping speed is dependent on the service selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes! Our recyclable PET plastic bottles are BPA free and rated for food and beverage contact.
Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?
We do! Our shipping boxes and plastic-free paper "bubble wrap" are reusable and recyclable.
Where do your ingredients and materials come from?
We source our ingredients from U.S. based small businesses. It is especially important to us that the suppliers we partner with practice sustainable acquisition, as well as perform routine purity testing.

We currently sell online only, however our products are available in limited quantities at pop-up locations on the East Coast. We send out notifications of these pop-ups via email.
