FREE U.S. Standard Shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping speed is dependent on the service selected at checkout.
Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.

I had high hopes for these products after reading the reviews that convinced me to place an order. Unfortunately, my dog hates the products.
Have used most of this set so far and have been happy with each. They all work well. Haven’t tried the first aid spray yet thankfully but impressed with the flea/tick for sure! Anti-itch and antifungal are great too but use the flea tick often.

I’ve used all of these individually so was happy when they came out with a pack. Cheaper to buy it as a bundle. Hopefully don’t go through it too fast!

Yes! Our recyclable PET plastic bottles are BPA free and rated for food and beverage contact.
Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?
We do! Our shipping boxes and plastic-free paper "bubble wrap" are reusable and recyclable.
Where do your ingredients and materials come from?
We source our ingredients from U.S. based small businesses. It is especially important to us that the suppliers we partner with practice sustainable acquisition, as well as perform routine purity testing.

We currently sell online only, however our products are available in limited quantities at pop-up locations on the East Coast. We send out notifications of these pop-ups via email.
